Return and Exchange

At Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or have missing tags or packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Discounted or sale items may have different return and exchange policies. Please check the product description for details.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning or exchanging your item, please contact our customer service team by email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack your unused item(s) in the original packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip and the RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided on your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  4. Processing Your Return: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange request within 5 business days.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please specify this in your email to customer service when requesting an RMA number.
  • We will process your exchange request subject to availability of the desired item.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

Additional Information:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to orders placed on the Haven website only. Returns and exchanges for purchases made from other retailers may be subject to their own policies.
